Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) puts a list together of the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen each year.  The "Dirty Dozen" are the fruits and vegetables you should buy organic and the "Clean Fifteen" are the fruits and vegetables lowest in pesticides.

You can download the guide as a PDF to print and put on your refrigerator.  This helps me remember what to buy organic!

Here is a link to see the full lists and get your own copy for your refrigerator. This is one way to cut back on the amount of pesticides you ingest. We do our best to buy organic for the Dirty Dozen fruits and veggies. We also use this spray for all our fruits and veggies.
